Your application for rear/side yard installation in Legacy West will be reviewed by the DRC when all project details and the design review fee has been received. Please send a check for $100 to Chris Morlan at Indigo Diggs Architecture at 1912 East Sprague Avenue, Spokane, WA 99202.

 

Reviews will be conducted within thirty (30) from the submittal date, however when possible applications will be reviewed within fourteen (14) days. Note: you may include a fencing install request along with your rear and side yard landscaping request.

 

Before completing this application please review the 3rd Supplement to the Architectural Design Guidelines for Legacy West as they pertain to rear and side yard landscaping and fencing. The guidelines detail the specific fencing and mulch and rock types that are allowed for install in Legacy West.

 

Owners are required to submit photos of common areas adjacent to their lot before the project starts including open space, sidewalks & roads. These photos will be compared to the condition of these areas upon completion of the project when a final inspection is conducted by the committee. Upon notice of the project’s completion the committee will arrange for a final inspection or request that project pictures be submitted if they determine no site inspection is necessary.

 

By signing and submitting this form I agree that I am responsible for reading and understanding the Design Guidelines, Covenants Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R's) and all other documents pertaining to Legacy Ridge Owners Association. I also understand that I am responsible for notifying the Association of my projects completion within 30 days of the completion date and will submit photos of the completed project for final approval.
