What is the Design Review Committee?
The Design Review Committee (DRC) is the governing body that reviews and approves new home and substantial exterior modifications to ensure that they meet the Architectural Guidelines for Legacy Ridge. The committee retains an outside Architect for review of new construction and substantial exterior modifications to existing homes and landscaping.

Design Review Process:
Per the CC&R’s for Legacy Ridge at Liberty Lake the Design Review Committee (DRC) has 30 days to review and respond to a new home submittal or an exterior modification application. Should either submittal require additional information or changes to be considered complete, the DRC has another 30 days after resubmittal to review and respond. Because of this process owners are highly encouraged to submit applications for new homes by January or February for a spring home build. Similar planning should go into landscape submittals keeping in mind contractor schedules and the weather. Once a final inspection is requested the DRC has 60 days to conduct the inspection and notify the owner of any non-compliance. Construction Deposits will be refunded by the Management Company upon notification by the DRC that the home has satisfied all requirements.
Other Important Deadlines:
Exterior modifications must be completed within 90 days from the start date of the project
All front and corner side yards and slope banks shall be fully landscaped within 90 days after a Certificate of Occupancy is issued
Rear and side yards visible from public view landscaped within 120 days
Interior side and rear yards landscaped within 1 year
